1. Return Window
Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted [14, 21].
2. Condition of Items
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- All items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached [14].
- "Final Sale" items (clearly marked on the product page) cannot be returned.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers).
- Personalized or customized items.
- Intimate or sanitary goods (undergarments, swimwear) [14].
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
4. Return Process & Costs
- Initiation: To initiate a return, visit our online portal at
returns.apexgoods.co and enter your order number and email.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Label: A prepaid shipping label will be provided for defective items. Otherwise, customers must pay for shipping [23].
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your item.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days [14].
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@apexgoods.co.
